Our Brand Services group is the first line of contact with our clients. They work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, develop appropriate strategies, and identify/implement solutions to help achieve client goals.
This Account Director role at Love Advertising, a senior position within our Brand Services group, will foster a close communications relationship with a key energy client on a multi-year, digital-first engagement, creating an atmosphere where issues regarding work quality, pricing, performance, or team personnel can be discussed openly and candidly. They also help identify client needs and work strategically to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results that build organic growth for the agency beyond the existing scope.
The Account Director will be asked to maintain a high level of performance for their account team and other agency personnel. They are expected to manage the overall client/account profitability, ensuring responsible financial management and delivery of account profit expectations. Ultimately the Account Director is responsible for the financial profitability and growth of the account. Additionally, this role is expected to work with SMEs or Practice Area Leads within the agency to define and influence the client’s direction while also promoting the visibility of team members from other agency disciplines to the client to demonstrate the breadth of the value of the agency’s offering.
