Brand Supervisor
Love Advertising is looking for a Brand Supervisor who leads with strategy, drives client growth, and knows how to get great work out the door. The right person is as comfortable in a client meeting as they are in an internal review. They’re organized, invested, and ready to roll up their sleeves alongside the team.
Note: Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in our physical office. This is not a remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead across multiple accounts, managing relationships with confidence and accountability
- Translate client business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and digital teams
- Oversee project workflow across internal departments by keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track
- Review all client-facing materials before they go out the door
- Manage and mentor junior account staff
- Stay ahead of client industries through ongoing research, including energy, B2B, and related sectors
- Bring strategic POV to account planning and campaign development, not just execution management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of agency account management experience, with direct client ownership
- Familiarity with B2B, energy, or industrial categories is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior clients
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a bonus
